October was another great month for Panama City Beach residential real estate sales with 215 properties closed and 118 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a newly renovated three bedroom in the Gulf front development Gulf Crest Condo at $625,000 while the highest priced single family home sold was a Gulf front, seven bedroom residence with private pool in Bel Air at $2.35 million.
