Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices is now on-site in the WindMark Beach community, located along the shores of the St. Joseph Bay. Designed to promote healthy living, residents of this beautiful coastal community enjoy nature trails, boardwalks and cart paths along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additional amenities include a swimming pool, Village Green and Amphitheater and a beach walkover that accesses four miles of pristine waterfront.

New developments in the community include construction on two new phases by builder D.R. Horton. Creekside and WindMark North will have approximately 200-250 homesites that stretch between the main entrance of Phase 2 and the entrance of Phase 1. Available homes will mostly feature single story three- and four-bedroom homes similar to what D.R. Horton is currently offering in their Moonraker development in Panama City Beach. Construction is also underway on ten larger homes on homesites with unobstructed water views of the St. Joseph Bay and Cape San Blas.

The St. Joe Company is currently working on several community enhancements such as repaving the streets as well as replacing the community street lights and entrance bridge lighting. They have selected a local construction company who will be finishing the construction of the Village Center condominiums and commercial units that were previously incomplete. They are working diligently to find motivated businesses to fill the current commercial spaces.

So far, our on-site team has experienced great success for home sales within the WindMark community. We are seeing a lot of great foot traffic in our new WindMark Beach office and steady activity throughout the entire community. We believe exciting times are ahead for WindMark Beach and the many other phases coming – stay tuned!
