May 2020 brought a resurgence to real estate sales in the Panama City Beach market with 138 new contracts secured for condos and homes (up from 76 in April) and 150 properties closed. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $3.3 million in sales volume with 10 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and nearly $4 million in sales volume overall.


The highest priced condo closed was a Gulf front 3 bedroom 15th floor end unit in Treasure Island Resort at $680,000.


The highest priced single family home to sell was a recently renovated Gulf front property with 6 bedrooms and over 3,500 square feet on the West end of Panama City Beach closing at $2.1 million.
