The 30A Beaches real estate market wrapped up an incredibly active 2020 on a high note with solid sales activity during December. 179 properties closed and 131 new contracts were secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was #1 in the 30A Beaches market for both volume and transactions with over $119 million in sales volume and 89.5 transaction sides. The company recorded over $136 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month.

A four bedroom gulf front estate in the gated enclave of The Retreat in Blue Mountain Beach was the highest single family home to sell at $8.9 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a gulf front three bedroom residence in Costa Blanca, one of only two luxury condominium buildings constructed on 30A in recent years, at $2.75 million.
