FHP searches for semi in fatal hit-and-run

Florida Highway Patrol is requesting the public's help in locating a Volvo tractor-trailer involved in a fatal hit-and-run on Interstate 10 in Okaloosa County.According to a FHP press release, 71-year-old David E. Ingram of Tallahassee was struck and killed at some point early Sunday morning at mile marker 61 on the highway.
