These three suspects are wanted for failing to register as sex offenders. Additionally, two are wanted on other charges.
Johnathan Michael Saylor is wanted for sexual battery of a minor child under the age of 12-years-old by an offender over the age of 18-years-old and lewd and lascivious molestation of a minor child.
Joshua Michael Phelps is wanted for lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under the age of 16-years-old and lewd and lascivious behavior by a sexual offender older than 18-year-old to a victim less than 16-years-old.
