July Sales in Review :: Panama City Beach

The second quarter of 2018 kicked off with nearly $41 million in sales volume for condominiums and over $38 million in sales volume for single family homes. The highest priced condo closed in Sterling Beach at $680,000 for a 3BR/3BA Gulf front unit while the highest priced home sold was a 7BR/7.5BA Gulf front home in Kiska Beach for $3.102 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida had its highest grossing month to date in Panama City Beach with over $12 million in sales volume in July and just under $48 million across all of our offices, staying on track for a record breaking year.
