The Coastal Seniors of South Walton (CSSW) have announced their October Workshop for Tuesday, October 16, 2018, beginning at 11 am.  The location is 70 Logan Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Amy P. Mullins, a Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Agent and Registered Dietitian, will provide a demonstration and tasting on Healthy Eating for the Holidays. Ms. Mullins provides educational programming for the University of Florida, Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, Leon County Extension, in the areas of nutrition, health and wellness, food safety, and food preservation. Amy has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science Education from the University of Florida as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Food and Nutrition from Florida State University. This informative demonstration and tasting, just in time for the upcoming holidays, will be followed by a raffle. Coastal Seniors of South Walton, is a non-profit organization for active adults and is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic persons to join our Board of Directors.
