December Sales in Review :: Panama City Beach

The Panama City Beach real estate market finished strong in 2018 with a total of 147 properties closed and a combined residential sales volume of over $43 million in December. The highest priced condo to close was a four-bedroom waterfront residence at Hibiscus by the Bay overlooking St Andrews Bay for $550,000 while the highest priced home to close was a three-bedroom Gulf view home in the Carillon Beach community for $1.17 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida ended the year with an increase in December sales volume by $2.2 million over last year in the Panama City Beach market alone! We’re optimistic for an active year ahead for residential sales in Panama City Beach. Stay tuned!
