155 Gulf Bridge Lane | Sold at $4 million

The summer season is here and sales are on the rise! May was an active month for 30A residential real estate sales with 122 homes and condos closed and 97 new contracts. Overall, a Gulf front property in Blue Mountain Beach was the highest priced single family home to close at $5.2 million while the highest priced condo sold was also in Blue Mountain Beach at the Gulf front development of Bella Vita at $3.2 million.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned a total sales volume of nearly $42 million in the 30A Beaches market alone and over $56 million across all markets.
