The Panama City Beach residential real estate market is heating up with the summer with 250 properties closed and 148 new contracts for single family homes and condominiums combined. The highest priced condominium to close was a penthouse four bedroom in the community of Carillon Beach while the highest priced single family home sold was a bay front home with 196′ of water frontage in Bay Point.
