August was an active month for 30A residential real estate sales with 117 homes and condos closed and 67 new contracts. Overall, a Mediterranean-style Gulf front home in Santa Rosa Beach was the highest priced single family home to close at $4.1 million while the highest priced condo sold at $1.65 million in the Georgetown in Rosemary Beach.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed over $37 million in sales volume with 39 transactions sides in the 30A Beaches market while earning nearly $49 million in overall sales volume across all markets.
