The Music Experience of the Year :: 30A Songwriters Festival

Each year in South Walton one of the most highly anticipated weekends is the 30A Songwriters Festival, a multi-day music festival featuring over 250 musical performances held in the venues from intimate to large scale outdoor amphitheaters during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend. Now in its 11th year, the festival is produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County and Russell Carter Artist Management.

Known for showcasing exceptional talent, past 30A Songwriters Festival headliners have included Jason Isbell, Brandi Carlie, John Prine, Jackson Browne, Graham Nash, Leon Russell, Lucinda Williams, Indigo Girls, Richard Thompson, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Jason Isbell and Grace Potter. In addition to high profile artists, up and coming musicians, acclaimed songwriters and local artists are also included in the robust line-up. Performances are designed to allow artists to share stores, songs and perspectives in a conversational and comfortable environment.

With musical styles ranging from folk and country to rock and alternative, there’s something for everyone at this magical musical weekend set amongst the backdrop of the beautiful 30A beaches.
