About North Beach Tortilla Co. (NBTC):
A taco and tequila bar that sits at the foot of the Clyde B. Wells (Highway 331) Bridge across from The Bay Restaurant in South Walton. Overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay, the restaurant has a large covered deck for outdoor seating along with a wraparound bar featuring a selection of 100 tequilas, craft cocktails, and draft beer. The menu is a mix of Spanish, Southwestern, and Florida cuisine – with a strong emphasis on fresh, made-from-scratch food using carefully sourced ingredients and authentic cooking methods. For Chef Jim Shirley, his staff, and guests, it’s a hangout where ‘Tacos Grow On Trees and Tequila Always Wins.’

About Farm & Fire Southern Pizzeria:
The restaurant blends elements from The Fire (coal ovens- pizza, meatballs, whole fish), Market (salads, charcuterie, desserts), and Speakeasy (our classically creative bar) into a seamless dining experience controlled by our guests. Guests can have as in-depth an experience as they like. Using a family style approach, the culinary team designed the menu to accommodate large groups, families, intimate settings, and solo diners. Locally sourced ingredients are used whenever possible, working hand-in-hand with farmers, fishermen, and local artisans to ensure the menu, cocktails, and features reflect this.

About The Bay:
A gem sitting directly on Choctawhatchee Bay at the southern foot of the 331 bridge, The Bay is Chef Jim Shirley’s waterfront hot spot. The family-friendly restaurant features mouth-watering Southern gulf coast cuisine, sushi, a 12-draft beer system, excellent wine selections, and inventive bar-crafted cocktails. Table and bar seating is available inside and outside on the deck overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay.
