April Sales in Review | Panama City Beach

April 2020 real estate sales in the Panama City Beach market were slowed by the coronavirus pandemic but not stalled. 130 condos and homes closed and 76 new contracts were secured during the month in the Panama City Beach market. The highest sales year-to-date closed with three beachfront homes selling at $2.9 million each.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $2.5 million in sales volume with 11 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market.


The highest priced condo closed was a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom in Calypso Towers at $750,000.


Three individual 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom Gulf front homes in Laguna Beach Estates were the highest priced single family homes to sell, each closing at $2.9 million.
