June was a busy month for real estate sales on the Forgotten Coast with 85 single family homes closed and 104 pending or contingent properties across the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe and St. George Island. Port St. Joe had the highest number of closings for the month while the highest priced property to sell during June was a bay front home in Schooner’s Landing on St. George Island.
