Real estate sales continued to explode in July in the 30A beaches market with 246 properties closed and 229 new contracts for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded over $81 million in sales volume and 73 transactions sides for the 30A beaches market segment. The company recorded over $106 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.

A  new construction 6 bedroom Gulf front residence in Water’s Edge, a gated neighborhood adjacent to Rosemary Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell during July at $6.5 million. This luxurious home included over 4,000 square feet, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, panoramic views of the Gulf throughout.

The highest priced condo sold was a 3 bedroom Gulf front residence in the new construction, low density Costa Blanca condominium that closed at $2.4 million.
