November Sales in Review | 30A Beaches

The 30A Beaches real estate market remained steady during November with 165 properties closed and 165 new contracts for homes and condos combined. Average days on the market dropped in both the single family home and condo markets reflecting the lowering trend of available inventory. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded over $66 million in sales volume and 55.5 transaction sides for the 30A beaches market segment. The company recorded over $76 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.


An eight bedroom gulf front estate two private pools in the gated Paradise by the Sea neighborhood was the highest single family home to sell at $15.95 million.


The highest priced condo sold was a gulf front four bedroom residence in Thirty-One in Seagrove Beach with over 4,500 square feet and sweeping gulf views at $4.75 million.
