February is continuing the trend of surging sales in 2021 with a consistently active real estate market in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 50 properties closed last month, and 120 properties are currently under contract. St. George Island had the highest number of transactions for the month with 11 closings, and also had the highest priced property to sell with a 1st tier home in the St. George Plantation closing at $2.547 million.
