The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA)has announced an excting new public art project and is requesting proposals from artists or artist groups for the design, fabrication, and installation of small-scale or mid-scale permanent outdoor works of art along the planned Monarch Art Trail (MAT).
