July was another exciting month for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 152 properties closed and 112 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the market with 61.5 transaction sides totaling over $97 million in sales volume. The company recorded nearly $113 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of July.

A four bedroom home in Alys Beach with forever gulf views was the highest single family home to sell at $8.5 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a seven bedroom residence in the luxurious Providence at Rosemary Beach at $6.2 million.
