The Panama City Beach market was bustling once again during August with 280 properties sold for homes and condominiums combined and 115 new contracts secured. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida was ranked in the top 6 agencies for the month, earning over $18 million in sales volume with 34 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and nearly $26 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.


The highest priced condo closed was a newly renovated, three bedroom residence in the gulf front En Soleil at $1.087 million.


The highest priced single family home to sell was gulf front, eight bedroom property with a private pool in Carillon Beach at $8.5 million.
