September was another active month for the 30A Beaches real estate market with 152 properties closed and 116 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $70 million in sales volume with 44 transaction sides. The company recorded over $89 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of September.

A four bedroom, gulf front home in Camp Creek Point was the highest single family home to sell at $7.195 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a seven bedroom, gulf view residence in newly built The Providence in Rosemary Beach at $6.725 million.
