Property sales surged on the Forgotten Coast during the month of March in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 71 properties closed during the month (up from 46 in February) with 117 properties currently under contract. Cape San Blas/S. Gulf had the highest number of transactions with 19 closings and also had the highest priced property to sell, a gulf front home in Indian Pass selling at $2.25 million.
