Tequila & Taco Festival
The Village of Baytowne Wharf | Sandestin
May 6th-8th, 2022

Get ready for THREE days of culinary events at the 9th Annual Tequila & Taco Fest at The Village of Baytowne Wharf! Now its 9th year, local restaurants and food trucks compete for the title of Best Taco and Best Margarita on the Emerald Coast and also the People’s Choice Award for Best Taco. Sample tequilas and margaritas of all types while munching on delicious tacos at this fun-filled event with three days of activities.


ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival
Grand Boulevard Town Center | Sandestin
May 7th-8th, 2022 from 10AM to 7PM

Now in its 34th year, the ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival returns to the Grand Boulevard Town Center to showcase the works of over 100 artists from around the country. Produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, ArtsQuest is a juried show with multiple categories and $10,000 in cash prizes up for grabs. In addition, enjoy live performances, artist demonstrations, the ImagiNation kids station, food and beverage vendors, and more!


Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival

May 13th-14th, 2022

Ahoy, matey! The Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival and Torchlight Parade returns to Fort Walton Beach for the 66th year. Presented by the Krewe of Bowlegs and the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival includes two days of festivities on May 13th and 14th with the traditional landing of Billy Bowlegs at the Fort Walton Beach Landing on May 14th and the Torchlight Parade on May 16th.


Digital Graffiti
Alys Beach Community | Alys Beach

A one-of-a-kind projection art festival, Digital Graffiti attracts artists from around the world to use the latest in digital technologies to project their works onto the iconic white architecture of Alys Beach. Named one of the “24 Unconventional Art Destinations Around the World” by National Geographic, this juried art show features two evenings with artists exhibiting works of projection mapping, generative art, experimental short films, and animation, as well as sound, motion, and light-responsive installations.


Locals Last Stand
The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center | Watersound Origins
May 22nd, 2022 from 3PM to 7PM

The 8th Annual Locals Last Stand returns to Watersound Origins with a new location at The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center! This light-hearted event gives the community the opportunity to gather for fun before the summer season kicks off. Free and open to the public, enjoy music from local favorites Roshambo, Dion Jones with The Owsley Brothers, and Dread Clampitt featuring Matt Miller. Food trucks and vendors will be on-site, bring a lawn chair or blanket to secure your spot!
