Sales remained consistent in the 30A Beaches real estate market during May with 139 properties closed and 104 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded 42 sides with over $74 million in sales volume in the 30A Beaches market segment. The company recorded over $100 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties for the month of May.

A five bedroom, gulf front residence in Seagrove Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $11.3 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom residence in The Georgetown at Rosemary Beach at $3.05 million.
