UPDATE ON SENTENCES FOR THOSE ARRESTED DURING OPERATION MR. CLEAN

WALTON COUNTY, Fla— The following list is an update of sentences from Operation Mr. Clean. The multi-agency effort came to fruition in November of 2020 resulting in the indictment of 15 people on federal drug-trafficking charges and an additional 29 people facing state drug-trafficking charges.
After public inquiries, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office has compiled a list of all those charged and their sentences following the operation aimed at getting dangerous drugs off the streets of Walton County.
Offenders’ sentences could vary based on additional charges, re-arrests, or other stipulations handed down by a judge.

Federal Charges
Shanna Edward – (Fugitive)
Donald Black – (In Custody / Atlanta) 120 Months imprisonment, five years supervised release
Shelley Johnson – (In Custody) 60 months imprisonment, five years supervised release
Demonte Easley – (In Custody) 360 months imprisonment, 10 years supervised release
James Young – (In Custody) 120 months imprisonment, five years supervised release
Alicia Rutledge – 11 months 14 days imprisonment, four years supervised release
Marjorie Turner – 1 year four months and 13 days imprisonment, five years supervised release
Samantha O’Banion – 15 months imprisonment, three years supervised release
Joseph Jackson – Three years of felony probation
Roy Hayes – Five years felony probation
State Charges
William Clendenin – Five months in the Walton County Jail and court fines.
Paul Clendenin – Three years probation and court fines.
Stephen Bishop – (In Custody) Three years imprisonment (current release date 08/25/2023)
Stormy Bones – Five years felony probation (scheduled termination 3/14/2027)
Jacob Diemer – Three years felony probation (currently a fugitive)
Michael Carter – (In Custody) Three years imprisonment (current release date 05/11/2024)
Jason Roberts – 11 months 29 days in Walton County Jail and three years felony probation
Leonard Stanley – 18 months drug offender probation (scheduled termination date 9/8/22)
Josh Bess – Three years felony probation (scheduled termination date 12/14/2023)
Kelli Martin – Three years felony probation (scheduled termination date 11/15/2024)
Stephen Grant – Three years imprisonment (current release date 7/11/2024)
Justin Tankersley – Eight years Community Control probation (scheduled termination date 1/18/2027)
Stephen Watson – 1 year 11 months 26 days Community Release (termination date 5/25/2023)
Marissa Martin – Three years felony probation (termination date 2/2/2024)
Edgar Lawyer – Three years felony probation (termination date 7/7/2024)
Frank Jordan – One-year three-day imprisonment (Released 3/17/2022)
Michael Kabaci – One year and three months imprisonment (Released 2/23/2022)
Anthony Avizius – Three years felony probation (Active Suspense – the offender is temporarily unavailable for direct supervision during the supervision term, due to being in custody in jail or another facility but is still being monitored by a probation officer for release, arrest.)
Gerald Bonds – 11 Months 29 days in Walton County Jail (Released 12/6/2021)
Daisy Sherman – 90 days in Walton County Jail (currently incarcerated for felony VOP)
Johnny Pruett – 278 days in Walton County Jail (released 4/24/2022)

Austin Lee – Six months deferred prosecution, and charges dismissed
Michelle Tyson – Six months deferred prosecution and charges dismissed
