July Sales in Review · Destin & Miramar Beach

July real estate sales fell slightly for the Destin and Miramar Beach real estate markets however pending contracts remained consistent with 147 properties closed and 117 new contracts secured for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $98 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during July. A gulf front, five bedroom home in Destin Point was the highest priced single family home to sell in Destin at $5.6 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a gulf view, nine bedroom home at $4.175 million.   The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front, three bedroom residence in Martinique for $2.8 million. Sales fell slightly in the 30A Beaches real estate market during July however pending properties remained consistent with 108 properties closed and 75 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 44 sides and over $64 million in sales volume. The company recorded nearly $98 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of July. A four bedroom, garden front residence in Alys Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $8.4 million. The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in Andante at $5.15 million. HomeBlogJuly Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast July Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast Sales fell slightly however pending sales rose during the month of July on the Forgotten Coast in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 49 single family homes closed during the month with 111 properties currently under contract.
