HomeBlogJuly Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast July Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast Sales fell slightly however pending sales rose during the month of July on the Forgotten Coast in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 49 single family homes closed during the month with 111 properties currently under contract.
