The highest priced condo closed in Panama City Beach was a gulf front, four bedroom penthouse in Ocean Ritz at $1.14 million.


The highest priced single family home to sell in Panama City Beach was a bay front, five bedroom home in Bonefish Pointe at $2.47 million. A Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales executive represented the seller in this transaction.


The highest priced single family home to sell in Panama City was a bay front, three bedroom home in Cove Pointe at $1.675 million.


The highest priced new construction, single family home to sell in Panama City was a four bedroom home in SweetBay at $657,371.
