Real estate sales slowed slightly on the Forgotten Coast during June in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 58 single family homes closed during the month with 72 properties currently under contract.
