Sales were up in the 30A Beaches real estate market during August with 129 properties closed and 80 new contracts secured for homes and condominiums combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in transactions with 49 sides and over $65 million in sales volume. The company recorded over $91 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during the month of August. A five bedroom, gulf front residence in Rosemary Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell at $20 million. The highest priced condo sold was a four bedroom, gulf front residence in Thirty One at $5.3 million. Home Blog August Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast August Sales in Review · Forgotten Coast August brought another steady month of sales to end summer on the Forgotten Coast in the key communities of Apalachicola, Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, Carrabelle, Mexico Beach/St. Joe Beach, Port St. Joe, and St. George Island. There were 66 single family homes closed during the month with 88 properties currently under contract.
