SANTA ROSA BEACH — A 41-year-old Ohio man was arrested on battery charges after he touched a woman's private parts while she was asleep. According to a Walton County Sheriff's Office arrest report, the man reached inside the woman's pants and “rubbed her (redacted)” while she was asleep.

The latest SoWal Real Estate Report covers all of Walton County including South Walton real estate activity for November 2017, with statistics for single family homes, townhomes, and condos in Walton County, Florida.
Single family closed sales were down 4.3% for November compared to the same month last year. The number of pending sales for Walton County was was up 44.6%. Inventory was down 1.9%, dropping for the 7th month in a row. Median sales price was up 32.5%. Dollar volume was down 8.1% over last year at $113.6 Million.
