Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida closed nearly $47 million in sales volume with 28 transaction sides for the month. The brokerage had over $71 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during April. On Okaloosa Island, there were no single family home sales but 27 condos sold while 12 were placed under contract while in Navarre Beach, sales increased with 9 single family homes and condos combined closed and 11 properties placed under contract. A First Nail Celebration will be held on May 12, 2023, at 9 am, followed by a volunteer build day where volunteers will help frame out the home. Light breakfast and coffee will be served. The ceremony will feature speakers from Habitat for Humanity of Bay County and the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® leadership. Guests will bless the house and recognize the new homeowner.
