The March real estate market in Panama City Beach was HOT, HOT, HOT with sales surging from 231 properties sold in February to 411 properties sold in March for homes and condominiums combined. Pending properties were also up with 236 contracts secured. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $16.4 million in sales volume with 36 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market and over $23 million in sales volume overall in Bay County.


The highest priced condo closed was gulf front three bedroom in the premier development of En Soleil at $979,000.


The highest priced single family home to sell was an expansive gulf front five bedroom home with a private pool and 150′ of beach frontage on the West End.
