Walton County Tax Collector Rhonda Skipper returned unspent revenues totaling $1,706,673.60 to various taxing authorities representing the citizens of Walton County on October 31, 2019.

“We are pleased to be able to return to the Board of County Commissioners and other taxing authorities their proportionate share of the unspent revenues generated by the Walton County Tax Collector’s office,” said Mrs. Skipper.

The following is a breakdown for each taxing authority:

Board of County Commissioners $1,540,705.09

Argyle Fire $1,239.82

Hammock Bay $2,022.08

Liberty Fire $1,249.46

South Walton Mosquito $28,995.41

South Walton Fire $119,256.79

NWFL Water Management District $4,480.59

Somerset Comm. Development $5,504.58

Naturewalk Comm. Development $2,744.39

Magnolia Creek $475.39
