The Tutu Trot is a public 5k Run/Walk on May 7, 2022 in beautiful Hammock Bay in Freeport, FL benefitting Haven House and Matrix Community Outreach Center. All entries are $35 and include a t-shirt and one raffle entry for a prize that includes a two night stay at Hotel Effie in Sandestin, breakfast for two at Ovide and a $300 Gift Certificate to Lululemon. You do not have to be present to win. If you don’t want to race, but want a chance to win, you can buy tickets to the raffle without having to run in the TuTu Trot. There will be custom age group award medals for both the 5K Run and Walk. This year, there will be a professional timing system run by International Running Co. The course starts out and ends on flat and fast neighborhood streets. The middle of the course is on Hammock Bay’s wooded trails and a path around the Freeport Sports Complex. The race will start on the Y in the street in between the Hammock Bay General Store and the ClubHouse. As you arrive at the event address, traffic control will direct you to free parking. Event address: 425 Victory Blvd, Freeport, FL 32439

Racers and families will be able to capture the fun in the EPIC photo booth, and enjoy breakfast provided by Bookies Breakfast and Infinity Chef. Over at the General Store, Odd Pelican Brewery will have beer and Dion Jones and the Neon Tears will be rockin’ away. Don’t forget your tutu! This year will be a color run, so get your camera ready – it’s going to be one colorful event. Please visit www.tututrot.com for more information on this year’s charities and on the race details.

The Tutu Trot mission is: To run and walk in tutus together outside in the fresh air as a community, while raising funds for charities that are designed to benefit, ameliorate, or uplift mankind mentally, morally, or physically.
