Slick Lips Seafood and Oyster House, a popular, family-friendly seafood restaurant in Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort recently announced that they will be opening a second location in Pensacola at 102 South Palafox Street. There were 45 single family homes closed during the month with 53 properties currently under contract. There were 182 properties closed for homes and condominiums combined and 63 properties placed under contract. Alternatively, the Panama City market saw a slight increase in sales with 66 homes sold and 40 new contracts. In Navarre Beach, there were 5 single family home and condominium sales and 8 properties placed under contract. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded nearly $63 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties during October. An eight bedroom home in Crystal Beach was the highest priced single family home to sell in Destin at $3.35 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a five bedroom home in Island Green in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at $3.3 million.   The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front, three bedroom residence in Silver Beach Towers West for $1.8 million.
