The 3rd annual Where the Wild Things Trail Run 5k and One-Mile Fun Run will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center. Proceeds from the event will go to the Center, a non—profit environmental center bringing hands on science lessons to children for 10 years. The one-mile run begins at 8am followed by the 5K race at 9:30am. Run WILD through the woods on this adventurous trail run at the Biophilia Center. During this event you can expect animal encounters, our interactive exhibit hall, live music from the Graytones, and beer from Grayton Brewery. Fun for all ages! Due to uneven, rough, terrain, this trail is NOT stroller or pet friendly. Runners are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
