March 2020 will forever be marked by the onset of COVID-19 yet despite the widespread national economic impacts from the virus, our market still experienced activity with consistent closings and new contracts, although lower than typical for this time. 230 condos and homes closed and 76 new contracts were secured during the month in the Panama City Beach market.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida earned over $4.4 million in sales volume with 15 transaction sides in the Panama City Beach market.


The highest priced condo closed was a Gulf front 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom in Marisol Condo at $636,900.


The highest priced home to sell was a beachfront 4 bedroom home on the East end in the South of Grand Lagoon neighborhood.
