The District 1 Chapter & Judges Council of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs invites the community to visit the upcoming Southern Charm Flower Show. The judged Show, forecast to be one of the largest in the state, is Tuesday March 22, 2022 (3 pm to 8 pm) and Wednesday March 23, 2022 (9am to 4 pm) at St. Sylvester Catholic Church, Gulf Breeze, Florida. Admission is free.
Members of the nine garden clubs in Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and Walton counties will delight the public with stunning arrangements and exhibits in horticulture, design, education, and botanical arts & photography. The Youth Division will feature miniature gardens and floral designs. The judging guidelines adhere to those established by the National Garden Clubs, Inc.
The partner for the event is presenting sponsor, Stephanie Phillips, owner/broker of Resort Real Estate Group. Ms. Phillips is a long-time member of the Green Thumb Garden Club in Walton County and very active in the non-profit organizations supported by the Club. The Green Thumb Garden Club welcomes new members.
