Turtle Talk Tuesday – South Walton Turtle Watch 

Join this video conference presentation by Joe Gulak and members of the South Walton Turtle Watch (SWTW).  Joe will lead this short session, with questions and answers at the end. This will be a discussion of the everyday activity on our beaches and the work of the SWTW. It will be followed in future sessions with a photo collection of our daily business on the beach. So, what is all the fuss about sea turtles? We will learn why sea turtles are important to ocean ecosystems and, thus also, to the human population.

Giving Back to the Community 

In cooperation with The Area Agency on Aging, the Coastal Seniors of South Walton (CSSW) is providing care packages for homebound senior citizens during the current pandemic.  The packages will include a mix of items, including hand soap, medical masks, helpful tips and phone numbers. If you are 50 years or older, and reside in Walton County, Florida, we invite you to join CSSW in order to participate in our activities.  Membership dues for 2020 are $20.00 per person/ $30 per couple.
